It is important that you have a clear Store Pick up policy on your Best Before store page. The best place for this information is right in the store Terms and Conditions page.
To enter this information, go to the Vendor Dashboard – Settings – Store page
- Scroll down to the Terms and Conditions section
- Check the box to show terms and conditions on store page
In the TOC Details text area, enter any store terms you have including where and how customers can pick up their orders that they purchase through Best Before.
Sample Store Pick Up Policy:
Customers can select a pick up date and time during the check out process on Best Before. The pick up times are set in 30 min intervals during business hours. Items can be picked up in the Customer Service area of our store. Please ensure you have your purchase confirmation email and Photo ID with you when picking up your items.
