Vendor Partner FAQ's
Our Vendor Partner stores register with the system and set up their own custom online store front. Then simply add products and items for sale that may be nearing their best before date.
The initial setup of the online store is very easy – in fact, part of the registration process includes a setup wizard that takes about 2 minutes to complete. We are here to help guide you through the process and have a detailed online help reference system.
Our Vendor Partners are in control of their own online store and can create a unique online presence – You can set it up with custom logos and branding, interactive geotagged maps, all products and pricing, as well as setting sales, creating coupons and updating store hours.
Our platform gives each Vendor Partner their own dashboard, where you can easily see sales, orders, view reports, and set delivery or store pick up windows. You can also add products, export data, create custom coupons, and much more!
Customers can pay for their items right through the Best Before platform. We handle the online payment, bulk sales and coupon codes for you.
You can sell anything other than the restricted items (see below) as long as they have not passed their best before date. For more guidance on food labelling and selling, please review the Government of Canada food inspection site.
Our Vendor Partners cannot sell anything age restricted, anything pornographic, or any sort of medicine, including OTC and supplements.
